When do you use it? Except for major pull perhabs.

Rain of fire is used on 3 targets and above, unless you have havoc, then it’s like 4 targets and above.
Did you ever use it while leveling in dungeons?
I have not tried it at level 70.
Destro is awful when stuff dies too fast, in aoe at least, in st they do have less ramp up time.
Which means for aoe in low lvl dungeons it’s about the worst spec to play.

3 targets or more is when I spam it.
Also, it’s a good idea (if the tank is random) to communicate with him that it’s not nice to move OUT of your RoF. This is why I’m often DEMO or AFF in dungeons with random tanks.
