Rally still only giving 10% hp since months instead of 20%. They only buffed the tooltip

Useless ability. Very fun. Fix ur game. Trash ability got buffed to 20% but only the tooltip got buffed. Ability only gives 10% hp still. The buff came actually months ago. Incompetent ppl.

Edit: And they forgot to remove it from the gcd in BFA when they reverted puting plenty abilities on gcd.

10% is so low for the cooldown. They either should reduce the cooldown to 2 minutes or buff the hp to 20%.

Well, because of that reason they buffed it but they did an error in the programming. …

Blizzard laid off their entire QA team. We can expect a fix in 1-2 expansions time.
