Rallying cry of the Dragonslayer on Horde side?

Hello!

I’ve recently started visiting the Horde side of things and I was wondering if there’s a semi-regular drop happening of the Rallyingcry of the Dragonslayer or similar town-wide buffs on the horde side?
On the alliance side it’s quite regular and coordinated and thanks to that there is a huge gathering of people in Stormwind around the time when the buff is about to drop. (usually around 18:20 / 19:20)

I’m not raiding myself, I just love the gathering. :slight_smile:
Is there something similar going on for the horde?
If it is, where and when does it usually happen?
