For multiple day i dont have aviable ram racing daily. i did regular quest but i dont see daily… its bug or i did something wrong? also dark iron saboteur plans are nowhere to found

It’s not an actual quest. Just complete the conversation with Neill Ramstein (if alliance).
As for the plans, I believe those were removed from the game during or after the 2007 brewfest. Blizzard decided to give us the 2008 version of the event to encourage players to stop doing heroics on their alts, so the plans is not in the game.

You can do it once per day, but there is no exclamation mark indicating it is a quest. You get 2 tokens each time you return a barrel, so you can get quite a few tokens from it per day.

in 2007 when you could buy the ram you got more coins (or tickets) for each keg. I believe it was 3. Now it is 2. The barking also rewarded more tickets. So it was way easier to buy the mount that year. When they removed the expensive mount they reduced coins too but forgot to balance that this year when they reintroduced the ram.
