Its our main spender for 80 rage… iconic in ever since (it was buff in tbc) it should be our main dealing dmg ability for sake… and It does literaly no dmg! rampage=4x spits-hits like-wet noodle (excuise me) for nothing… and its laughable…
Hello if is there anyone just anyone just anyone with basic knowledge builders and spenders! do something ! cause rampage is pooooop we need huge buff to that ability like huuuuuuuge. Pointing at that for literaly months years maybe.
