Random ping spikes. How to find if issue is provider or bnet

Hello,
I’ve changed my internet connection (provider is the same, just changed from radio connection to fiber) and I have random ping spikes while playing WoW. I am not able to find that issue on other platforms/games.
I have followed all steps under
article/99037
Below is the winmtr output ( I had to delete space before “-” so it is not considered as link

Ping in-game is sometimes 6k(home) 800ms(world)

in standard speedtest I have more than 300Mbps download and upload with 2 ms ping
I would like your support how can I check if it is on my side and I can present the data to provider. Or maybe it is other reason.

IF this is related to /t/connection-issue-with-servers-hop-ae1-br01-eqfr5as57976net-1372218033-losing-packets/566775
then I am also following that topic.
Regards Greg.

I have the same issues its been going on for weeks

Curious which ISP do you have? Seems to be a lot of issues with Talk Talk right now

my provider is Moico / The Network so it seems it is not provider related

German Vodafone 1Gbit cable here.

I am still having this issue and I am exchanging messages with my provider.
Is there a way to monitor this more thoroughly?
Is the server I am pinging proper one?
Regards Greg.
