Realm shutting down randomly on a friday night 3 days after patch launch is ridiculous by itself but why is the warning 15 minutes beforehand? I got the warning literally within ONE minute of starting a key, you do the math.
Of course they have replaced GMs and customer support with bots and ai so there is 0 chance I will be reimbursed by this despite the company being entirely at fault. I get that server shutdowns need to happen but when you have a system like keystones in the game at least be a little more upfront about warning players.

As you said it correct, it should not happen on fridays/saturday nights. I think this is the main problem because only during these nights people actually play both rated pvp and pve even during the nightâŠBlizz literally have 5 working day to do their maintenances during nights and no one would complain about it. But friday/saturday nights when players actually out work/study and JUST WANT TO PLAY including during the night, shutting servers down is pretty much sad and dumb.
I remember SWTOR did their maintenances during 6-7 p.m. working days and on weekends and people were complaining and referring to WoW which rarely did that. But it seems Blizz decided to steal that bad feature from SWTOR lmao
Its been on the launcher since yesterday there was going to be a shutdown make sure you have your launcher set to EU/EN not US.

Patch was 10 days ago , you mean season started 3 days ago also if you looked at the launcher you would have seen in the news since Thursday night the servers were going down, they gave over 24 hours notice.

Apparently there was an announcement on the blizard app and ingame 1 hour beforehand.
It just didnt appear for everyone, my friend got both and i only got the notice 15 mins before shut down.
Second time in one week, this is ridiculous.
Again in the middle of the key.
Also to all the bootlicking fairies in this thread, if they did such a great job communicating those shutdowns to players how come there were also 4 other people with me in the dungeon both times just as beffudled?

Some feedback from Blizzard would be beneficial here. Why exactly do we have a server shutdown with 15 minute notice in a day that is not scheduled for weekly maintenance?
Is there planned action for refunding keystones that where in progress during this time?

I think it may be to introduce the story mode for the current raid maybe? But not sure

I was on last boss of my 11 delve 
didnât even know server was going down since i use different windows for chat and didnât check the server announcement channel ;(
lost 100 mmr due to it in a solo shuffle but it is a days worth of game play to get back it is what it is.

Awesome, I lost -500 on last week to 2/3 games wintraders afking 2900mmr blitz and random dc from mc. Its actually hilarious that some abilities dcs are still there

Blizzards game crash due to spell flash arts random lagging in game i think they need to tune down spell effects arts in the game.
Thereâs a reason classic didnât lagg in 40man when you didnât have millions of flash arts poping.
one feature i really wish for in Midnight Removal of spell flash arts so you only see your target enemyâs spell arts that you are attacking.
My eyes are slow to pick up on these so due to my diabetes.
also i think devs are overclocked on fixing classes like hunters and druids in pvp right now are oneshotting people.
No offense but balance druid are kind op atm.
these jerks are boring had 2 monks healers standing at the graveyard the whole game.
