Yesterday I am queueing up my +20 key for AA and get flooded with messages and whispers, one person gives me verbal abuse because I did not want to invite them so I block him/her and a day later I go to list my key, get disconnected and when I get back online I can’t use the LFG tool and have received an email about communication or spamming.
I have appealed is as this is due to last for a week! Probably won’t get picked up before the restriction is over and my sub runs out a few days later.
It doesn’t seem to be random. You received an email with a reason:
You’ve done the right thing! I hope you’ll receive a response soon, there’s nothing much else you can do in the meantime mhm.
I guess my question is: can this report system be abused by people unhappy about lack of invites. The person whispered me angry that I had listed the key a few times over the past few hours.
I’m only asking because I always try to be polite when it comes to keystones barely say much except gg or nt or a specific strategy before we start. I’m not saying I’ve never done anything wrong but the timing seems bizarre.
Reports about things that don’t violate the rules will not give a permanent penalty as those can only be given out by GM’s. Human mistakes can ofcourse be possible, that is why there’s an appeal system.
