Today I have huge issues with disconnects. I randomly get dcs from both WoW and Bnet and I cannot connect again for at least few minutes.
I check my internet connection and works all well.
What I did notice is that the dc happens very shortly after I try to send a message either /w or in party chat. I do write, the message is unsent (while the game still runs fine, like I have no lag while casting abilities or anything) and after around 5 seconds I disconnect.

i have same issue. i disconnected 3 times in 20 minutes

Same here.
We’re not seeing any large-scale issues like this globally, but there is of course a chance this may be related to a specific ISP or data carrier having developed some routing issues towards the battle.net services.
Could people who see his happen please post the following information:

Connection type: (e.g. DSL, fibre, cable, wireless…)
Time/date the issues started: (as close as it can be remembered)
With any luck this may reveal a common denominator between the affected players, which could help determining where this issue actually originates from. So far all we’re reasonably sure about is that the root cause isn’t server-side, as any issues there would generally affect every player equally (which is demonstrably not the case here).

we have the same issue… we disconnected like 10 times today
Same here.
Random disconnects, can be 2/3mins apart, can be 15mins apart. At the same time the Bnet launcher will lose it’s connection and show me Generic rather than a customised page. After a couple of mins I can usually reconnect until the next DC.

Looking at the reports all around Europe I think it’s safe to say it’s not a specific ISP.
