Some of you will probably laugh about this request but hear me out and bear with me
I would like it if it was possible for the training dummies to randomly - or in regular intervals - cast some kind of pool underneath players. Much like the raider dummy that does damage to melee. It doesn’t have to do actual damage but to make it more interesting it could.
Reason why is because I love playing with alts and when I set up my UI and key binds for those I usually do well at the training dummies but as soon as I join a raid I don’t - lol
Not a problem you say - just keep on raiding and run M+ - agreed - but joining a raid most of the times is only possible when you can show curve or a higher ilvl and it takes a long while to queue - not the best conditions for “training your fingers” for that new class or spec
If the training dummies would force you to handle them as a somewhat real raid boss or higher M+ cluster - albeit with just a few pools underneath the character then it would be easier to muscle memory the key-binds.
I dunno it seemed like a good idea when I woke up this morning and this idea popped in my head. I think it would be a great improvement though
