2 months into the expac and we still cant transmog r14 set. Even if you get 1,8k rbg rating…
They said in Cata they’d let everyone transmog the R14 gear as long as you buy it for like the few scraps of honor it costs instead of either having the old rank or needing the new rbg rating to obtain the “replica” gear.
But instead what actually happened that noone can transmog it, not the players without the old rank, not the players with the old and also not the players with the current rbg rating.
I think it’s safe to say they messed it up and despite it being mentioned on the forums and in bug report submissions multiple times, 0 action has been taken to fix it.
