hi guys i use kui nameplates and suddenly on my main character rare icons which is star for kui disappeared i change to plater and same happened closed all addons except kui or plater nothing changed and i dont have this problem on other characters only on one i also deleted wtf folder didnt helped anyone have any idea how do i fix?
Blizzard do not offer support for third party addons.
They do however provide a dedicated forum (https://eu.forums.blizzard.com/en/wow/c/guides/interface-and-macros/239) where other players can try and help with addons etc.
Customer support can only say “do a full UI reset” Which means removing or renaming your WTF, Interface and Cache folders.
It sounds like one characters config file is corrupted, I don’t know where that addon stores those files. Usually it’s in the WTF under _retail_\WTF\AccountName\SavedVariables. The only thing you can do is completely remove the addons.
But since you said you removed the WTF folder, it should have reset it. You did remove it, right?
I would say start again and install all your addons again or remove the _retail_\WTF\AccountName\Realm\CharacterName\SavedVariables\AddonName.lua but that has an outside chance of working.

I just write in chat /console cvar_default and it fixed the problem
