Rare spawn timers

It’s known that timers are actually ranges not exact numbers. Still many times I’ve encountered guys who knew the time of spawn to the very seconds (and stole from a group of camping ppl this way: hiding at some distance and getting to the place right a couple of seconds before the moment of spawn). Is this can be treated as cheating?

You sure it’s not just coincidence? It’s quite common for rares to spawn (and show on mini map) as players are flying over their location. In TWW the rares have no engagement delay on them and most are low health, so are very quick to kill with a well-geared char. I’ve done this myself and have to admit if I’m on my way somewhere I’m not hanging around for other players to turn up.

The problem with other MMO’s is the time : in WoW is 30 min to 43 min (looking at the trio rare ). While other games have like 5-10 minutes.

They give nothing else other than reputation and a chance of a very low quality gear-ilvl (Ah proff item are higher ilvl and for the cost of 140-200g …).

I wouldn’t bother .

I mean not only the tww ones but across all expansions (mount givers mostly). In particular, in mechagon I’ve seen a lot of that kind of tricks.
