I only mentioned the of the ones I personally own. I didn’t state that it was super rare, that it’s probably the rarest that I own.
There were titles for realm firsts? Also shouldn’t you be horde by now?

in wotlk there were realm first for every end raid boss as well as titles for reaching max level.

I dont have any super rare, “of the Black Harvest” is the rarest I have.
also have “Seeker of Knowledge”, its not rare but it took alot of time to get =P

- of the Iron Vanguard.
- Southshore Slayer / Tarren Mill Terror.
- the Tomb Raider.
Just some of my favorite titles that I have, which happen to be decently uncommon since they are no longer obtainable or challenging.
Oh and for that… I am that clown in the yard, who was not in this roster, that roster or that group, when guilds did those realm 1st things (I was changing guilds a lot in wotlk) … ha, ha, and I lost realm 1st dk with few minutes, he was in group, I was in solo… least i have this story…
So I apparently am just a ‘conqueror of Ulduar’ - which according to website is still not too bad considering it is done still less than 1% of people.
But my favourite is Immortal because of death knight … thing. But most commonly my characters choose their titles based on their story or class and rarity plays no role of me choosing things - i.e. my mecha gnome is a ‘crashin trashin’ and my druid is a ‘dreamer’ and my human monk wears ‘of the stormwind’ because well… she is humman from stormwind, and one of my hunters is ‘proven defender’ because of … well why not.
The rarest ones have probably been mentioned already.
I’m not much of a title chaser tbh. The “rarest” ones I have are the AT ones “Of Stormwind” etc. of every city for both factions and “Crusader”. They’re probably not extremely rare but i don’t often see them being used.
Oh right, cheers. For some reason I was thinking about realm first profession achievements etc. There weren’t any titles for those.

Interesting to note that all the rarest titles are pretty much universally PvP titles.
I believe there were world first titles too, so they would probably be tied with scarab Lord.
Though I would give the edge to world firsts, as there would have been more than 10-20 scarab Lords.
