My rarest title should be Southshore Slayer / Tarren Mill Terror (6% according to Wowhead).
Huh, didn’t think that one was particularly rare, considering how easy it was to get it.
I find questioning rarity of borderline participation reward is pretty reasonable. I believe my post history suggest i shouldn’t among those shamed for looking down on others.
I do not know if it is reasonable. i mean if people are happy to have Jenkins, is it that bad ? 
99% of times I use no title at all, and in my UI in world I do not see other peoples titles at all, so I am actually probably also wrong person to comment any sort of titles.
no problem with that, however if one would call jenkins rare title i would question that too.
same here my gnome dk with ‘the butcher’ is only my char with title.
I like the proven defender/healer/assailant ones. Not sure if they’re rare or not but took me a damn while to get lol
I have like six of them on my friends list or smth, only one of them is legit.
Edit: And a seventh got perma banned. His acc had tons of bought characters. A warrior with Ashbringer and 9/9 t3, and a lv60 warlock with 9/9 tier-3 and Atiesh.
Not sure how rare they are (doubt they are), but the ones I (the entire guild really) worked long to get were Hand of A’dal/Champion of the Naaru.
Not once but almost twice, my main got it (Rogue) but I was also playing the Pala quite a bit and he was at the last steps… but ran out of time in the end.
Can’t say I ever bothered as much with achievements/atunements as then.
Left in the first weeks of cata and ever since I got back in mid Legion I never bothered with mythic or raiding other than LFR.
