I like the set, but I feel like the shoulders feel a bit out of place, so I would give it about 6.5/10

I wouldnt want to meet this guy in game, spooky twisted Warlock. Those green shoulders will let me distinguish you from the ordinary Warlocks and deduct 2 points

a good tmog only thing that bothers me about it is the shield choice! It seems out of place, if you can replace it with a icy looking one it would fit better with what you are going for i think! 7/10 overall
