10/10 for that helm. The rest of the xmog, 7/10. I'm not blown away by it, but things do match pretty well and the colours basically match the spec.
To whoever looks at mine, I know, the staff is wrong, it should be on one of the blue artefact appearances; take pity on a lazy xmogger :P
