There seems to be a serious issue with the Rated Battleground Blitz queue system right now. The queue does pop, but it only gives you 1 to 3 seconds to click accept before it disappears. If you don’t click it in that super short window, you’re kicked out and have to requeue, often after waiting 15+ minutes.
This isn’t a one-time fluke either. It’s happened to me several times now, and I’ve seen multiple people on the wowpvp Reddit reporting the exact same issue. Something is clearly wrong with the queue timer or the accept window, and it’s really frustrating, especially when we’re putting in long queue times just to miss the pop by a second.
Please look into this, it’s making an otherwise fun new mode feel broken and punishing.
I’ve noticed this too, but I simply just requeue, last night I had 5-10 minute queues being consistently quick, but I have come across that, along with the queue randomly dissapearing.
Don’t click on them, they are bugged bg. I joined one of them and got kicked 3 seconds after entering. I couldn’t join back the BG. I got a penalty of about 200 blitz rating for absolutely doing nothing wrong.
They may pop faster than your expected queue time. The expected queue right now are about 10-20 minutes between each matches. It happened to me that I finish a blitz, tag, and find a blitz right away that would cancel secs after it proc’d. I would lose my queue and would have to retag. Sometimes, it happens anytime during queue time and I would lose my queue priority and just have to retag and wait more or less 10-20 minutes.
If you write to support, they won’t make it up to you. The issue is not recognized. You would even lose points on Blitz that plays 7 against 8.
I played Blitz the all weekend, they put me a penalty of about 200 points for a bug related to them. How can they make up for my time, effort, and money?
