So I dont treat Blitz as anything serious because its literally just a coinflip whether your team wins or not, but it’s odd that blizzard bothered to make a competitive mode for a design that does not facilitate smart play or dynamic influence of win conditions.
It’s literally just whoever gets the first advantage stalls and that’s the game done, I dont really understand why they made Blitz. RBG makes sense because you have a team you can play and do tactics with but there’s literally zero point in blitz.
There needs to be more ways to influence the game than just 1 objective and whoever gets the first advantage wins.
The only reasonable excuse people have for ‘giving up’ before a gate opens is if 2+ or more people have decided to queue in PvE gear and the enemy don’t have a single person with the same.
My general rule of thumb, as I’m completely anti - leech, is: 2 people in their timewalking gear + every enemy with 10m+ HP = /afk and logging over to a different character.
Unless we’re talking about Blitz…anyone that thinks CR matters in Blitz is on a different planet.
