Fix your MMR blizzurd getting a “Draw” match in blitz at 2650k cr with 2.6k mmr eye of the storm getting a Draw only to have me and friend healer mmr drop to 2.4k from 2.6k as was before the draw you have some sirius problems.
MMR swings too fast (up and down). Lose/draw is minus 100-200 mmr depending on some factors. It should drop slower to account for bad luck/rng.

Besides the “Lose” mmr spike drop i have no clue why blizzard counts “Draw” as a loss and punishes both teams with -200 MMR which makes them all unable to gain rating before they win like 3-4 games in a row or else you stuck in mmr that wont give you anything.
