UPD: it’s actually works, but still, do not highlighter as available.
And btw seems problem not only for me, I’ve manage to queue, but not proc) Not at all.
Can’t queue for anything rated AT all.
Here’s hoping they took it offline to make mmr changes exdee (probably not)

Sorry, just laughing. I have same problem, you have, other people. Saddle progress freeze, so many other bugs in game but in other topics people do not believe and understand that mmr:cr in blitz and shuffle works fine))
BTW today this hack also doesn’t work for me. 
shuffle mmr for players doesnt work well, because its seems it s capped. Current max is 2.3 , so compare it to other brackets. At 1.8 level u have rank 1 / Glads in room. Arena masters from 1.5 playing their main chars. Healers mmr is screwed totally. Example. U have 1.6 rating. In lobby u will have almoast all times somebody with 0-500 raitng and u will lose 3 games out of 6. U mostly cant outplay it because they dies in 5 secs. Damage delares face this person 2 times so they can win 4 arenas. Helares having draws sits at same rating level despite of fact they played 200 - 300 arenas. Second point , imagine u dont play Priest or Evoker but MW / Sham u have disadvantege because of the class as well , so its mean u can many times lose 4 out of 6 and u are reduced by 50 - 60 points. When u win 4 out of 6 u get 20 -30 so its mean u need to win much more than lose to even sits at the same rating currently. Im perfect example.
That’s all not the point. Point Is that blizzard launch solo q and the just didn’t done it well, underthink possibilities, which bring people on forums to discuss. And this is fact which some people don’t understand and try to argue, and advocate blizz talentless devs.
it is the point because it affects a lot of players and community being smaller and smaller in solo shuffle. Your argue is not final and last. There is always insight and outcome. Both are valid
I mean not the point accordingly to what I try to say.
