Why do we have to wait one or two months before rating has inflated enough for people to actually bother queuing? Why does the first month of a new season have to be inactive and boring?

Player base problem, these people have too much pride attached to their pixelated rating. Instead of just queueing it up and firming some Ls here and there they’d rather just wait for passive or artificial inflation.
& when they do play, they only want meta comps. It’s disgusting.

Kind of weird how everyone is just in sync these days, all doing the same stuff 24/7. Swear it never use to be like that in Legion and before.

Also dont get these huge mmr drops after 3/6 or 4/6 wins… I tested my enha… end up getting 3/6 and i lost over 300mmr…Like srsly…
streamers and youtube and all the dozen guide of internet, i cant enjoy any of the classics either when theyre not same as the version i have experienced it back in time, as playerbase is nothing alike to back then nor how the game is played
if it took 300k honor week example in 2005 to gain hw on server, for these days it was 800k-1mil week even to hit r12 on classic which is ridiculous and every premade is optimized to max for spec and max buffs/consumables they even use real money to maintain it because they burn through alot gold weekly for all the buff and consumables to play 14h day with their prema and nothing else so they need to burn money to buy gold, this is the reality in today wow and the same mentality can be applyed on pretty much anything there is related our current pvp aswell
ppl minmax everything and are more aware of everything than ever because of the dozen ways to gain information these days, most ppl dont even seem to play for fun anymore 
current rating system is bad but it has nothing on how bad it used to be with the honor system which was worse system ever wow has had, i agree the current system is horrible aswell and has too little consistency with anything from too many variations affecting it every season
