Yesterday I ran upscaled Scarlet Monastery Arms (newly released) on my lvl 47 shaman about 5-6 times only received scarlet leggings everytime. It seems that personal loot blocks me from receiving an upscaled Ravager on my shaman. Am I wrong?
Btw, I know it is not optimal, but i don’t care about playing the most optimal, i just wanted to try something that seems fun to me. WF+spin to win seems fun.
