Ravencrest or Silvermoon?

Good day,

I am a returning player and unfortunately my realm is dead.

I’ve researched a bit and turns out Ravencrest and Silvermoon are my options as an Alliance player. Can anyone who plays on those realms today can attest to whether one or another is a good idea to transfer?

I am mainly a casual player. After I’m done with Heroic raids I just do RBGs, Arenas and occasional dungeons and prof. farming.

Help with realm transfer! Ravencrest vs Silvermoon

Hello fellow players, Long story short. My realm is dead and it is very lonely here. I’ve researched a bit and so far people are recommending Silvermoon or Ravencrest as an alliance based realm. I like to do PVP in general, RBGs, arenas, world pvp. I also like PVE but not on a hardcore level. Maybe a heroic raid from time to time and some dungeons. What realm would you recommend I should transfer to? Been playing for almost 10 years and this is the hardest decision I had to make…

Either/or, Silvermoon is a bit bigger if that is your goal.

To be honest though, as much of a pain and cost it is to move over, I would really recommend playing Horde.

Unless Blizz commit to proper long term cross faction and the removal of cross realm mythic raid restrictions, it’s always going to be a pain to play Alliance.

It would be pain after playing alliance my whole life
