i was just wondering since wowhead claim this to be a quest you can pick up at lvl50 at ANY rougetrainer. why cant i see it?.

im playing on Classic anniversary Server, Spineshatter. im lvl 52

I think it’s because the quest has been release on the patch 1.13.3
And anniversary is on patch 1.12 for now
Maybe I am wrong, but i didn’t find any response to this question yet
If someone have the answer please share
