Razer naga trinity+ healbot

hi guys, need some advice on how to use a razer naga trinity with healbot. ( cant post links for some reason).

just noticed that the side buttons are not seen as mouse buttons by healbot. how do i go around it? all i need is a couple of buttons, nothing drastic.
any help will be much appreciated.

You can use the buttons on top by setting them in “razer central”, that gives you some extra.

Overall for healing I use [shift/ctrl/alt] + [left/right/middle/4/5], which is more than enough for the few spells you have these days. Might put some spells on your 1-12 bar + target designated to a button in healbot if that works better for you.

I just use my 1-12 for dps or for things like mass dispel, efflorescence or feather. I never used them for in-raidframe purposes.

Buys overpriced peripherals… Has no idea how to actually use them…sounds about right.

Dumb reply… i know how to use a mouse. I was suprised by the fact that it doesnt interact with healbot the way i was used with my previous one.

Dont know, but maybe try clique instead of healbot? :slight_smile:

…Or just use the default raid and party frames with mouseover macros. It’s actually pretty good if you set it right. And much more reliable.

Btw, the 1-12 buttons can be set in the razer naga software but every time there’s an update it changes/refreshes/does other annoying stuff and it always updates right before a raid messing up your settings, so I personally stopped using that. For me, this was back in WoD already with the chroma, and the software for the trinity is… eh, it needs some updates.

If you had two buttons on the side before, those are now your buttons on top (named 4/5 in heal addons). The Vuhdo heal addons used to work better with different settings and buttons, and it bugged way less, so I changed to that one a long time ago. I don’t know how healbot is doing these days, tbf.

hi, so healbot its kinda the same it used to be. i mapped the 1 to 7 buttons to the f functions, cause having them as 1 to 7 was really not helpfull, since the main blizz bar of abilities is numbered 1 to 12. having them as f1 to f7 ( im using the 7 button in a circle side) is quite ok, alows me to use more than enough abilities i need.
i was surprised of its interaction with healbot, or rather lack of it, cause the buttons are not seen as mouse buttons, making healing not possible in that way.

after mapping the buttons i uninstalled razer chroma crap. its still in beta after so long… lol.
maybe i should use mouse over macros; cant see an alternative now .

Yeah, I can understand. First time I had a naga I had the same confusion, wondering how and if you could set those buttons to heals directly through the heal addon, so I got where you were coming from.
