I have a Deathadder Elite mouse and therefore also Razer Synapse software. This allows me to create macros for my mouse. I wanna use this feature in conjunction with GnomeSequencer and LazyMacros.
LazyMacros is a one button macro with a cast sequence in it. I would place this on my action bar and bind “0” to it. I would then set up my mouse macro so that when i Press and hold my right mouse button (for example) it would send the key “0” every 80ms., and therefore executing the LazyMacro every 80ms
Is that against the ToS? I hear lots of people use it but its sort of a greyzone
Sounds dodgy a hell so probably. Why would you want to? You’re dps will be mega low, and it’ll make the game mind numbgingly dull just pressing 1 button. It won’t account for procs, wont align cool downs up well etc
Pretty sure that would breach the TOS, using a macro to automate a keypress for you every x seconds would not count as you pressing the key to perform the action.
Its a funny one this ain’t it.
You press and hold a button (so your physically pressing something and actually there at the pc) to do something and yet it would breach the ToS, but it is ok for a multiboxer to press a key and that ability to essentially be automated on their 5th, 6th, 10th, 20th character and that’s perfectly legit.
But yea, although your pressing the button to activate it and holding it (although id have sneaky feeling you’d not be holding it) it is still classed as automated afaik on the count your not releasing and repressing it constantly.
