RDF is a must

Please add again RDF. It’s 2022 and majority of people do not have so much spare time to waste spamming chats whole day and walking to dungeons and then BACK.

People want (me included) want fast transportation and less time wasting.

Whoever does not like rdf has the free option to just not use it & continue to spam their chat and walk to their dungeons on foot

Well since RDF got added in wotlk. I’d say 0 changes. and also you are not forced to use it as I said you can keep spamming your chat

“You want a feature that have been in wrath for half of the expansion life time and want to play wrath like it was back then? Go play retail”

Don’t bother arguing.

People whose entire counter-argument is “Go play retail” or some form of retail boogeyman story, simply don’t want you to have fun. That’s their whole reason for saying no. They simply don’t want people have fun in a way they don’t approve of.

I do understand there are some people that are this stupid… but no rdf would last for 2 months before people start unsubscribing … that’s what happened in TBC and original classic

Dont know man, calling people stupid for not wanting RDF is kinda rude.

Whoever doesn’t want to use it is free to do so as I said.

NO CHANGES = add RDF

As long as it isn’t X-realm RDF, I’m up for it.

If we’re talking RDF with X-realm though, I’m personally against that.

Also, with RDF, people can’t get you locked to a half-progressed heroic dungeon by kicking you the moment you enter the instance.

That’s actually a brilliant idea.

Just isolate the people who don’t want RDF to their own realm and problem would be solved for the rest of us who don’t want to waste our time in spamming chat/walking to dungeons and back and want RDF to be a thing

Do you realize that RDF is irelevant in retail from Mythic+ system introduction in Legion, right? You have to travel and use meeting stones - while in Wotlk it was viable tool to get some useful gear. You can buy cheap gear and skip whole normal and heroic. Its just levelling tool for many years on retail.

So when you say that RDF is the reason why WoW is bad then you got it reversed and retail(or TBC or 1.12) is for you and anti-RDF crowd and OG Wotlk where RDF was introduced and useful is for pro-RDF crowd.

It wasn’t added until 2nd half of WotLK, so wait a few patches. I say 0 changes too

One of the things I enjoy with the new tool is the transparency of how the groups look while waiting.
The other day I saw a group with a Warrior, DK, Paladin and Druid waiting for a Tank … for 45 min. These are the people clogging up the system even with RDF, that cant be bothered speccing or whispering/organizing, but rather sit there and do nothing at all.

Sidetrack, “Dual spec will solve the Tank/Healer issue” people said in TBC. Yeah, working like a charm isnt it. Peoples ideas and solutions dont always match reality, but people rather wait forever and do nothing than put in an effort and get going.

So can we also have actual pre patch talents ?

Don’t we already? (that is a serious question, not a troll comment. I havent spotted any differences, maybe because I dont remember how it was back then)

From what i know at the moment we have 3.3.0 talents

Play Classic ERA then

When the launch hype ends, you will still need to wait in line with RDF. 10-30 minutes, unless you tank or heal.

Blizzard also stated how they don’t want players to burn through heroics with RDF and no heroic lock-out. They rather keep players active in the long run than having them raidlog once they’re BiS-equipped. From a dev/corp standpoint, it make sense to drag content out.

Imagine the most important moment of the expansion being wasted because no RDF.
I’m back in 2016 when players asked no RDF on a fresh serv and then being disapointed because nothing changed lol.

Calling it evolution, thank you Blizzard.
