Or how about a compromise.
RDF for normal and heroic.
Then you anti RDFers can keep your heroic+ without RDF.
Everyone wins and the changed part of WotLK is kept secluded from those of us just looking to have a good time.

anyway in original wotlk rdf wasn’t released at the launch , if they are about to add rdf it shouldn’t happen before ICC release. RDF is nothing but turning lvling to mindless dungeon spam, and once you get your lvl 80 you get heirlooms for alts
Fine, do everything as it was back then then.
No bg from anywhere. No random bg. 3 sec mount cast. Dismounting in a puddle. The whole thing.

Why would they play retail when this is WOTLK Classic? It sounds like you’re supporting an anti-Classic experience, if so I wish you all the best in leaving the game for something else.

If afk spaming rdf was the reason you play than retail is where you belong. Wotlk classic is not for you.
Blizzard did everything how it should be done and even beter.

Go to Retail and do some Look for raid with him using the Finder that he loves so much
They can talk for themselves.
The actual amount of people who “afk spammed RDF” was negligible, and probably no greater than the portion of the game who currently sit in town waiting for someone to inv them with the LFG tool.
Because of queues, you actually had time to get out there and do stuff. And people did.

Jeez this Community got so weird.
“Go play retail” if you want RDF, when the same said feature was added in their beloved WotLK.
Cant wrap your head around that one.
Was cool travelling to Utgarde Keep’s entrance the first two to three times. Now after the 8th dungeon run in it I just grow already absolutely tedious of it and WotLK isnt even out a week.
Also super fun to just get invited for god knows what dungeon with no social interaction at all as a Tank from 4 people and then everyone has to guess what dungeon the leader invited them for.
But all those “go play retail” people prolly got their level 70 boost already used up in perfect OG WotLK fashion.
