hi, so I decided to return to the game after a 15 year absense, I of course dont have my log in details etc I put in a ticket, got a reply, responded but no reply to my last ticket which was sent prior to easter?
I decided to sign up for this on a different email so I could at least see tickets. otherwise Ive no idea when someone will get back to me.
the wait time on my reply ticket was 24 hours
im probably being impatient, haha but how long does it generally take to recover an old account?

As long as you put all the detail you can into the ticket and didn’t open a new one then they should be able to find it for you. If you have the game keys then add those too.
Posting here will not get your ticket answered any sooner.
If you have access to the email address you used then you can reset the password.
I just hope you didn’t use a fake name when setting it up as they may ask for some form of ID.

Im pretty sure I used my real name.
sent my keys, and everything else I remembered which wasnt much lol
no access to any of the attached email accounts now.
I just wondered what the response time was really with them finding it etc.
Even the name of a character and it’s realm can help them find an account.
