When I first logged in 2 days ago after quitting since day 1 of BFA, in a rather salty nerd rage after writing this - Uninstalled already - I told you, 5 hours into BFA
I would be lying if I said it wasn’t great to see all my old toons, friends and to actually login to the world but then…

I understand I am not level capped and that mostly everything offered in an expansion is ‘end game’ which I am not, so I cant form a valid view point, however I attempted to do a bg and was hit by a 45 min que time. I attempted to do a random dungeon, that too was 28 minutes and I actually got THE SAME DUNGEON 4 TIMES IN A ROW GRRRRRRRR. I checked my guild ‘Nashwan gods’ (Which had like active 50+ players daily during Legion) And there was 5 online :confused:

From questing in the world it just seems like a single player game, I saw absolutely no one. Which was really disappointing and when I did see someone I realised I could just quickly throw a dagger at their target, afk and get the kill/experience needed.

But what I really dont understand is that me in my current gear, if I was to replace the set pieces would get a 6 second cd on garrote when it is currently 0 seconds (Its alot more fun with my gear, believe me and I can from stealth garrote silence 3 healers or 3 dps, 2 dps 1 healer etc etc)

I have already lost my artifact weapon and its ability ‘Kingsbane’ which I actually miss a lot and would have loved a replacement but I dont think any class received any and now Feint also has a 15 second cd.

I sat outside Durotar duelling levell 120’s sapping, stunning and just rogueing about for them to get fed up and forfeit having not being able to kill me.

As a very honest review, it was very nice to log back into retail after so long but that lasted only about an hour.
I dont want to wait almost an hour to do a dungeon which turns out to be the same one I have done 4 times in a row, I also dont want to do these dungeons because I got literally 0 gear after playing it for about 3 hours.
I am still yet to get into a bg because the que times take so long but I dont want to level up and lose my 100% crit from stealth for 6 seconds and my poisons and bleeds wont do an extra 30% damage (Which was amazing for execute phase bosses) I will lose my 0 second cd Garrote, Feint has a 15 cd, The Global CD change seemed off. So everything feels slow, clunky like quick sand.

I just literally have no reason, motivation, fun or challenge to level up. I think Classic will steal all the pro players and BFA will keep the mount and pet collectors who find everything super qt and awesome.

I stand by my initial review - BFA 2/10, bring on classic!!!

I made this poll - seems you are not alone.

I am making the best of what we have though with a new guild I made with others from here.

Pretty sure you got the same dungeon because you aren’t level capped… You likely don’t have access to all of them yet.

Pandaria pulls the same trick. “Random” dungeon is always the same one because someone in the group isn’t 90.

But you do realise in classic, every level you hit past 10 you get a talent point. Every level you hit you get new spells, abilities.

When you get a green item in classic you are literally over the moon and excited. Every green item you get with upgraded stats, makes your character feel a hell of a lot more powerful.

You are also aware that I can kill about 16 mobs on my rogue at once without even paying any attention what so ever. In classic if I accidentally pull 3, I need to cc the poo out of one, kill one whilst kiting the other then finally kill both.
The concentration, skill and reward are 1000x better.

Classic is what wow is about, community, grouping up, going out and exploring the world. Doing dungeons to obtain new gear which is a big challenge.

In BFA, I am told where to go, what to do. There is no challenge, the world is empty and I can instantly teleport anywhere basically.

In all fairness, I am a BFA hater and I’m guessing you are all mostly BFA fan boys, we will never see eye to eye.

I prefer the MMO experience of levelling, getting stronger, learning new abilities, interacting with players to overcome quests etc.

You guys like nice unicorn mounts and shiny enchants, achievements and an easy ride with cinematics.

BFA WILL go down in the entire wow history as the worst expansion to date.

No offence but you are a LFR raid player and you never even got 500 rated in pvp.

Exploring a world that’s been explored through and through. If you truly are a vanilla veteran, you are actually LARPing if you go “explore” on classic :joy:

Yes, there are numerous portals. Every dungeon, raid or group I join I am instantly teleported…Dumbass, not hard to understand and you prefer to play your paladin over a mage because you are a noob.

Haha wait till classic. I literally afk solod a group world boss this morning. Not the normal rare ones, the togher ones meant for 3+ players you get the LFG logo on. Left my pally auto attacking it, went and brushed my teeth, took a dump, then made a coffee etc. Came back to me full HP and it nearly dead. BfA is an absolute joke of an expansion.
