Hi,
I and my friend are about to lose our minds over this voice in the game. We are hearing a male voice shouting “Readyyyy” time to time in every location of the game; outdoor, dungeon, garrison, AH, etc. We just couldn’t find the source of this voice. Does anyone know what is this?
maybe a weakaura someone linked you in a dungeon ?

If you hearing voices, it is a good sign, you and your friend are ready to reroll and play Shadow Priest
It will without doubt be an addon. If not Weakaura it could be DBM.

In all seriousness this will be a addon or weak aura. The way to track it down is to disable all addons and verify that it goes away. You can then enable addons one by one to find the offender.
If it’s coming from weak auras - the wa interface puts a speaker icon on any auras which can make sounds to make them easy to track down.
For the future, type it the other way around. “A friend and I”. It isn’t a good display to show selfishness by naming yourself first, friends second in a conversation.

if the friend is real that is or who knows might be one of those that follow us around and we keep talk to but no else ever seem to hear 
on op case its 100% addon/aura as theres nothing like it in the game itself rofl

i thought add ons werent allowed to mess with gamefiles like sounds
They can certainly use existing game sounds or the addon provides the sound itself in the addon.
No. I agree it sounds better with me, but I and my friend is correct. There’s the good old trick called removing the other person from the sentence. Me am about to lose my mind over this voice in the game?
By the way, I bet the voice belongs to Nitrogg Thundertower.

Well the song is from 89 and mtv is refered to as both “80-90s music television generation” so what i said is correct and you are free to educate yourself on the matter
