So I’ve started the “Ready for War” campaign and have completed all 3 foothold storylines. I’ve not got any quests active to tell me what to do next so I’ve looked up how to start the “Blood on the Sand” storyline; I need to start the quest by talking to Halford Wyrmbane, however he has no available quests for me. I’ve no idea what to do to start this quest, help would be appreciated.

I’m not sure if you’re posting on the character you’re trying to get the achievement on, but one important step for you to be able to advance the war campaign is to complete the quest “Uniting Kul Tiras” which requires you to have all 3 footholds unlocked, and all core factions of Kul Tiras at a Friendly standing.
Unfortunately, the quest page alone on wowhead doesn’t mention this by itself, but they have a pretty good guide up that walks you through the entirety of the war campaign, including requirements and prerequisites:
Getting factions to friendly rep might sound like a lot, but it can be done relatively quickly by simply following through each zone’s main storyline.
Does that helps at all or did you already complete “Uniting Kul Tiras”?
