Any plans to help the DK class?
Now that we are middle of the pack(and the tendancy is that every week we go lower and lower) in the raid is there anything planed or we gonna have another Dragonflight repeat where you stomped both DK spec at the start of the expansion and were finally OKish at the end of DF in S4 and start of TWW only to be nerfed again in the middle of S1 of TWW???
I still remember you nerfed Unholly so bad you drip-fed it buffs every couple of weeks whille Frost was dead in ditch and we pretended the spec didnt exist.
Oh and Unholly became good later in the expansion mainlly because of the high amount of raw stats we got from our gear which helped us get past certain haste threshold and still maintain high mastery and crit.
I played all Dragonfligh and i never saw a frost DK in raids or mythic+ and now when its finally in a OKish spot you go and gut it with constant double digit nerfs.
I feel like im trapped in a loop with this class.
Funny enough in our “spot” in raids we have shamans elem/enh with locks now and somehow its ok because …reasons?!
When are you planning to do a rework of the archaic spec trees of both frost and unholy ?
Throwing band-aids and %buffs followed by double digit %nerfs does not make a healthy class design.
Unholly still suffers from slow ramp up damage style , too many things to track , buggy AI , pimple popping combo points style combat , playing in a spot type of gameplay.
Again becoming OK at BEST simply because of the high amount of raw stats we get from gear.
On the other hand you have Frost with all its % chance to get this for another % chance to get that other thing to be able to finally use that abillity to its full potential , making it seem in some situations completely busted when all % chances align and in some situations doin mediocre damage when you get a unlucky streak.
Both DPS specs LACK ANY FORM OF CONSISTANCY and the damage nerf on BDK was plain trolling (i know it got buffed back but still).
The whole DK class needs a serious “looking at” since its getting really stale really fast playing a “death by 1000 cuts” or “RNG roulette”.
