• Hands off (wow devs will not change probaly nor will philosophy)
• Money shower (no investor can match that microsoft money)

2017 was 3 years before the MS acquisition of Bethesda’s parent company IIRC, judging from the hot mess that was fallout 76, I wouldn’t be suprised if they actually need that time to make it a quality product
Bethesda games have always been buggy messes from the start
Besides if they can fund their game development for another 6 years before releasing it then yeah, microsoft money
