Will probably get flamed but here we go - I’m really enjoying wotlk classic I’m a casual player enjoying things at my own pace. Last time when wrath launched I rushed it to the top. This time around I’m trying to get Loremaster of Northrend done completing each zone as I go fully before moving on. Man I missed so much first time round like Wrathgate cinematic, general gold trickling in from quests etc. Anyone else out there the same and any suggestions on other things to do while I leisurely climb the levels and would miss if I was in a hurry?
Don’t let it stop at 80. Unless you have done the Loremaster Outlands/Easter Kingdome/Kalimdor, I’d suggest you do that aswell. Then there’s Reputations, Professions and so forth.
Cooking also gives you some “Mood”-recepies while killing things in Northrend.
I rolled Fresh and Im currently playing a DK. I’ve done Loremasters for Outlands/Northrend, but am currently doing the old world (got everything done at 80 first before I started, so I could just pop into raids when needed).
Have to say its a shame what epic stories, chains and lore (along with cool, but worthless items) people miss following a arrow, instant accepting or running the same dungeon over and over.
Alot of love was put into many of the zones, especially when taking the time to really get into the end quests, but its all skipped or rushed through. Pearls before swine … Top shelf for 2005-2008 tho. Would easily be sold as the greatest RPG Single Player during its time had it been offline and without raids.
People say they “have done it 100 times”, but they have skipped and rushed through most of it and ignored the rest.
