I have multiple characters on silvermoon and if go outside of stormwind, there is No players on my shaman, But if i go outside of stormwind with my priest on the same realm, there are multiple players. How so?!
Probably sharding or a quest you have in your logs, or progress on a quest line that phases your character.
Make sure your shammy is not in the Chromie Time! That’s a completely separate phase.
