It is a bit embarrassing that in our time and age the realm time deviates so much from actual zone time. It’s roughly a whole minute!
For Blizzard it is as if NTP didn’t exist.
This can become bothersome when timing is important, like infos about rare spawns and deaths, to name just one example.
What do you mean deviates? Isnt server time GMT+1?
He means that it lags behind local time by a minute.

You cant be english. Youd spend your life writing letters of complaint about the bus and train services if you were.
If everyone’s clock is 1 minute ahead, why does it matter? 
Other than 1 min, can be up to 3 mins, and it matters for BMAH for example, you know you have to be there at a certain time and risk missing items (rare case but still, should be accurate instead).
