Realm time is wrong

With lack of a better forum to post this at, this has been bothering me for a long time…

The in-game “server time” is not NTP synced. It’s almost a full minute off. It’s really annoying when trying to coordinate with people. (For world buffs and such)

At least for the realm Ten Storms. Haven’t checked any other, but I assume they all have the same configuration. And like I mentioned, this has been the case for months now.

Can someone at Blizz forward this to server engineers please? Thanks.

EDIT 21 days later:
Well, with lack of support replies I did some testing.

Ten Storms is still not time synchronized. It’s still a major annoyance.

I tested two other realms - Gehennas and Pyrewood Village. To my surprise, they’re not the same.

Pyrwood Village has the same issue as Ten Storms, but Gehennas does not. Gehennas seems to be accurate.

This just tells me someone forgot to turn on ntpd or chronyd or whatever you’re running to keep time on one or more machines.

Is there like an email or somewhere you can report bugs like these?

EDIT 40 days later:
The clock has now gone from being 2 minutes behind real time to now being 1 minute ahead of real time. Jesus Christ.
