Recent DDoS Attacks Impacting Game Service

Hey mate (s.a.), I am also using Superonline and I managed to fix the issue by flushing my dns settings. Go to command prompt (type “cmd” in windows search and open command prompt) type in:
ipconfig /flushdns (press enter)
ipconfig /release (press enter)
ipconfig /renew (press enter)
exit (press enter/ or simply close the window)
And turn off, wait 10 seconds and turn on your modem and router. (You gotta do it for both devices)
Good luck in your future battles!

Can’t login. Getting WOW51900328 after selecting a server.

Hello everyone. We wanted to return to this subject and put some closure on it. As always, It is our top priority to resolve any issues that prevent players from having a smooth gameplay experience.

Immediately after the Distributed Denial of Service attacks against our game service began, the Blizzard Security Team worked around the clock with local and international law enforcement agencies to track down the source of the DDoS. It is our understanding that, within a few days, authorities were able to successfully identify and arrest a suspect.

We really appreciate your patience and understanding.

Who still use skype nowdays ?

can’t really say i noticed any of these difficulties on the 7th

it must be a horde player behind this ddos attack…

Awesome! Happy for Blizzard & the Security Team.
Hope you guys will use your lawyers for compensation.

I really want to know what he looks like… just curious. Hope we get to see a mug shot of him soon in the news.

Throw the book at him! I love the smell of justice in the morning.

No one cares about the DDoS attack. We do care about punishing exploiters.
Stop diversioning.

Good to see that action has been taken well done blizzard

I approve of this state of affairs. What a little stupid piece of garbage.

These script kiddies are absolutely ridiculous. So he could find a DDOS service, but he didn’t know that Skype is surveiled by Microsoft and leaks your IP to anyone who tries to get in touch with you - so he sits there with a Skype account while DDOS’ing without a VPN.

Thank you Blizzard for tracking him down.

owNed kid^)

I see alot of soap dropping in his future.
