While I have the level needed for Alchemy, and have rank 5 with K’aresh Trust (And have purchased both this and the Umbral Essentia recipes) I am unable to use (learn) either of these.
Are they locked (for some stupid reason) until next week when Season 3 starts, or yet another issue with this new part of the expansion?

Never mind - It’s just a buggy mess. For anyone else having issues with rep items, log out and back in again and suddenly they’re usable again 
Kinda like having to constantly log out and back in, when quests in Tazavesh don’t work!
