Hello, i got this issue recently where when someone sends me mail they get error saying Recipient is free trial account and can’t receive mail. I’m activly playing the game as i write this i can access everything AH mailing items myself everything works fine.

Yes issue was solved, in case anyone with same problem is reading this before you send a ticket, try to change your security question, in my ticket response they had to change it as it was 10 plus years old so maybe it had something to do with it, gl folks.
