Recklessness procs + Reckless Abandon bug?

I’m currently using the last row talent “Reckless Abandon” in prepatch, which switches your spells Bloodthirst and Raging Blows into Bloodbath and Crushing Blow.

Problem is, when i get Recklessness procs from either the azerite trait “Unbridled Ferocity” or the essence “Vision of perfection” , the 2 past spells stay the same and don’t get the buff from the Reckless Abandon talent.

Is this a bug or intended ?

I’ve experienced this too.

Would expect that it’s an oversight, especially considering that we’re losing these capabilities in SL.
