This quest keeps coming up. Is it supposed to happen?
Intended or not? I did it twice, and did not even think it can be bugged.
This is the quest for the legendary cloak right?
Each time you complete that quest you get an item which you can use to upgrade your cloak a rank.
After rank 5 you will get different quests.
It is not broken. it’s working as intended.
