what do you recomend to record and watch my arenas afterwards, is there anything specialy good for wow?
Wow arena logs. It’s a 3rd-party program and requires an addon as well, but it’s kinda like warcraftlogs, except for arenas. It lets you dive really deep into matches, with its replay function. Requires advanced combat logs enabled in the game’s options.
Or if you want to watch it only from your own PoV, then OBS and streaming to stuff like twitch or youtube and then watching the VOD after you’re done. (It’d take up a lot of space if you’d record everything on your drive, with a recording program like OBS. That’s why streaming it and using the VODs is better if you go with OBS.)
