''Recover sent, deleted, or expired mail'' haven't been working for days

Today marks the third day I’ve tried to use this support feature, and yet it is indefinitely loading regardless of the browser I’m using. After about an hour of ‘‘We’re processing your request. Please leave this page open and we’ll update you as soon as we’re done.’’ all I get is an error and told to submit a manual ticket (which has an expected +24 hour response time). Like please, how can you charge a monthly sub and then just not have a functional support system?
