Recraft - progress bug

I have crafted on my alt Tracker’s Toughened Girdle 5*
I get on my Main Enchanted Weathered Harbinger Crest

I send recraft order to my alt

When i click recraft nothing happens - progress bar is activating but after its end new windows to complete the recraft order is not shown.
This item was created with soul sigil II

I need that 590 belt

Recraft is bugged and doesnt work in general. Bugged as many things are right now.

Currently trying to recraft my own bracers and same issue - hopefully a fix comes in soon!
