Title, i just noticed i have no access to it, my main still does ( and is wearing parts of it ) but my alts current mog reset from that and they have no access to it.
Anything on this ? its strange cause now the game is saying i earned 17 months worth of RAF instead of 12, which is where i stopped.

We’ve received multiple reports of this issue and are currently investigating it further. For some of these cases the issue is intermittent and we suspect interference from addons and interface settings, so I’d recommend you try our troubleshooting steps as listed here.
So I’ve tried deleting cache, interface and WTF, to no avail. Now I just have a bunch of backstories that need rewriting. But I still don’t have my Xmogs.

Please look into a fix for this, I’m glad it’s not just me, that means it’s something on your end that needs fixing, right?
Sometimes the Xmogs are there, sometimes they aren’t, if you need any more information, I’m happy to help however I can.
There’s not a lot in this game I care about, but Xmogs is a biggy for me!
Edit: I sorta cheated, I cut the WTF and Interface folders to another drive entirely, far away! And logged on WoW, all settings were reset naturally. Because that didn’t work, I copied my old ones back in and deleted the new ones, no rewriting to do, yay. But Xmogs are still missing, boo.
Edit2: A scan and repair worked (Click the gear by the play button.) But the items have come back and disappeared before, so I’ll come back if they go again. If anyone else is having this issue, try a scan and repair.

Done all the above, its still persisting now. It happened multiple times after resetting everything.

Hey Zaxithorne, were almost a year past this OP and this is still occurring? its been happening a lot more frequent the past month. Really annoying having to remog and pay a price on each character because it suddenly decides to vanish for a day.
I reported this so many times in-game already and here on the forums too, seen dozens of qol changes but this still happens to all store cosmetic and has not been fixed for 2 years now, its just getting so ridiculous now.

Still an issue as of 2022-07-28.
Game Version 9.2.5
Clearing Cache, Interface, and WTF do nothing.
Did not help me either with repairing the game through the Blizzard Launcher.
Spent a lot of money to get the recruit a friend transmog, blizzard please fix.

Also having this issue today with the new patch, never had it previously.
