Recruit a Friend is ruined

So the RaF is worth for what?
Blizzard removed the level granting, and the bonus exp is only 50% and doesn’t stack at all with heirlooms.

" The Recruit A Friend bonus experience is 50%.

This bonus stacks with guild perks, rested, and in-game buffs (e.g. holiday rewards or guild banners). It does not stack with heirloom items.

When killing monsters, bonus experience is calculated after the experience the monster gives is split between the party members."

So what is the RaF even worth doing now as all is pretty much waste of money and leveling with RaF is useless and a joke.
Congratz blizzard, you’ve ruined it for real as I have no idea why you even have RaF now at all.

Find the proper forum, stop spamming this one.

Spam?
So 1 post by me is spamming?
LOL

2 already

recruiting friends.

Hope that clarified something!
Were you perhaps trying to use it for some other purpose for which it is not designed?

They’ve removed pretty much everything that once was in RaF.
Not even worth recruiting when boost is only 50%, heirlooms exp isnt even giving exp with the RaF and much more.

why? it costs nothing.

Probably a self-recruiter/multiboxer.

If it recruits a friend to play WoW with you+you get some free stuff, then it’s far from useless.

Who the f*ck cares

For the sweet backpack and archaeologist transmog.
Unless, of course, your goal was to recruit yourself just to make levelling easier for yourself, to which I can only say: Git gud, scrub.

I’m going to start off by saying I agree 100% with the general sentiment of these posts, and I definitely don’t appreciate the tone of the OP either.

But seriously. I don’t know whether there’s something in the water this patch or somebody’s been spiking AD’s food, but in my years on this server I have never, ever known the apparent “community” of Argent Dawn to be so deliberately obtuse, flippant, and facetious. Every thread I read now is a bunch of people being deliberately rude to each other for… no real reason? I don’t really know what’s going on but hell, AD has never felt more impatient, self-righteous, and unfriendly. Rough, man.

Its not our food that’s been spiked.

We’re tired of the offrealmers and OOCers, we’ve had WEEKS of thread after thread of stuff on our forum like this so we’re getting a little… testy.

From past responses in other threads too, 90% of them didnt even check, or care after where they posted it, they just posted w/e on the forum with “higest activity” or something to ramble.

We’ve even had OOC/game support topics pop up in this part of the forums, with the OP’s getting super aggy for being corrected on it too.

If yourecruit a friend, who has no heirlooms, 50% extra xp is a pretty sweet deal tbf D:

And most times we’re polite in telling them where they can find an answer.

Yeah really. Most of the times it goes like this:

  • OOcer/off-realmer posts something not related to AD at all.
  • Someone tells/links them the right forum.
  • OP responds back by straight away agressive insults and arguing.

Which part of my post was rude exactly? All I was asking is if they were using it as intended.

Yes. As most of you will recognize, I got the whole 12 month-deal through six friends during the christmas season who I invited to try the game (spoiler, no one stayed) and the rewards are indeed very good. Some got the months gifted from me, therefore I had to invest a bit into it as well.

Would I recommend getting the rewards? Eh, somewhat yes if you can afford it. Even when you finance it with alt accounts, you still get four months of play time in return in total which isn’t bad at all.

It’s not AD only, believe me. The problem with AD is that some people know each other for a long time and this can lead to issues.

I can, but im not gonna spend money on a f**king mount xD

Or even my precious gold
