Is there some problem recieveing a SoR from Outland because it's pretty full or it doesn't matter?

Looking to recruit someone on Alonsus server. Preferably Alliance if you want assistance with gold/guild etc although i don't mind starting fresh on Horde if you prefer. Looking for someone who can play a good few hours a day. No experience with the game required, i am happy to pass on my knowledge of the game but of course some experience would be an advantage.
